Scholarships

Named after alumna Juanita McNeely, a pioneering feminist painter and educator who died in 2023, the award will benefit graduate art students in the Sam Fox School.

Ganesh Natarajan and Faye Katt, both JD ’90, met during their first year of law school. Now married, they give back to the institution that brought them together. Their pledge to endow a scholarship will create more opportunities for law students to build their futures at WashU.

Financial support helps draw talented students to the university’s medical school and enables top-tier graduate programs to enhance professional excellence.

Dr. H. Brent Clark’s estate bequest to the medical school adds to the endowment for the Class of 1974 Scholarship in Honor of Dr. Jonathan Mann.

Bill Siedhoff has long advocated for children and families in St. Louis. By supporting graduate students studying social work and public health at the Brown School, he hopes to encourage the next generation to follow his lead and pursue careers in public service.

Five Arts & Sciences undergraduates were among the first recipients of the scholarship created by Milica Banjanin, who taught Russian literature and culture, and her husband.
